Service Description
• Zero counseling session will be for 30-45 minutes duration where we will try to analyze your dietary habits, lifestyle, medical status, genetic history, weight gain reasons etc. • After understanding your general and nutritional assessment one diet plan per week will be sent to you along with other instructions. These plans will guide you throughout the day what you need to eat and drink. • Diet plans framed are wholesome, effective, safe and without any side effects. They are planned on the basis of your culture, local and seasonal to your region and sustainable which you can follow throughout your life to give you integrative holistic approach and better health. We do not believe in crash diets which deprive your body of stamina, feeling of goodness and have side effects. • Eating out tips will also be provided. • Your progress will be monitored every week. • We will be available on whatsapp/text support all weekdays. • Video conferencing/ Telephonic meeting twice a month or whenever needed.
Cancellation Policy
There is no policy on refund. Informed Consent form and Terms for Nutritional Counseling I am employing the counseling services of DietDose by Rasmeet Kaur to myself or the client I am legally responsible. I understand that Rasmeet Kaur is a Dietitian/Nutritionist and a Nutrition Educator and not medical physician. I understand nutrition counseling is not a substitute for the medical care rather it is an important compliment to my health and disease management. I understand the effect and nature of the programme and that the results may differ from one person to another depending on their body structure, metabolism and lifestyle. I truly explained my past and present history of all my diseases like heart diseases, diabetes, skin allergies, arthritis, etc. I appreciate and understand that all payment are to be made in advance and that a break in the package without prior information to the DietDose by Rasmeet Kaur will lead to the cancellation of the package and amount paid there in is nonrefundable. I hereby release and discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless DietDose by Rasmeet Kaur, management, employees, and persons acting on their behalf, from all claims, demands, costs and expenses, and causes of action, either in law or equity arising out of or in any way connected to services I receive from them. Submission of this form indicates that I have read this consent form and terms contained herein carefully. I understand the terms of this form fully and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
